        Axial Industrial Blower

        Axial industrial blowers create positive and negative pressure around their blades, which creates airflow. The fan blades are positioned vertically and tilted to allow for atmospheric pressure changes. In an axial blower, the air is forced to move in an axial parallel direction to the shaft where the blades rotate. This design is what creates the air pressure difference causing the continuous airflow. The performance of an axial fan is determined by its number of blades and their shape.

        The two primary types of industrial fans are axial and centrifugal. Some of the most common industrial applications include:

        • Impeller:The impeller of axial flow fan is made of cast in aluminum alloy and dynamically balanced.
        • Driving Arrangement: There are two types of drivers. The direct drive arrangement or V-belt drive arrangement. The direct drive arrangement, impeller and motor are both housed inside the casing and impeller is directly mounted on motor shaft.
        • V-Belt arrangement: The impeller is mounted on separate shaft supported on two ball bearing and Plummer blocks inside casing. The motor is mounted on outside of the casing and shaft is driven with V-belts.
        • Hot Air Gas Application: Fan is suitable for air and gas up to temperature 65°C. Between 65-150°C .The made of V-belt drive arrangement and are equipped with special high temperature lubricated ball bearings.
        • Fan size also available in 455 mm, 610 mm, 700 mm, 800 mm, 915 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm.
